How do I determine my correct size in Redback boots?
Redback boots use UK/Australian sizing. Generally, for men, this is one full size smaller than your standard US size. For women, it is three sizes smaller. Please refer to our detailed size chart on each product page for precise measurements.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn boots in their original packaging. If your boots don't fit perfectly, you can initiate an exchange or return for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.
Are Redback boots waterproof?
While our premium leathers are naturally water-resistant and our soles are oil/acid resistant, the boots are not 100% waterproof unless specified. We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner or waterproofing spray to enhance protection.

Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Yes, Redback boots are covered by a 6-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.
