We want you to be fully satisfied with your Redback Boots, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure your boots are trialed on carpeted surfaces to maintain their eligibility for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original Redback branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
